Scope of Work:

The existing unit was renovated to achieve a new STICU program, including twelve (12) STICU Rooms/Bays, associated Support Spaces common to an STICU, and a new Family Waiting Suite with Private Consult. Four (4) STICU Bays are Airborne Infection Isolation (AII) Rooms with Shared Ante Rooms. A new IT Closet was created to serve the new spaces. In addition, the project included misc. renovations within the “26 Main Corridor” portion of 26 Main provide a new nurse station, clean supply, nourishment, and staff break room.
