Scope of Work:

This project involved a complex hospital expansion while maintaining ongoing operations. L2 was responsible for removing the existing roof and building a new single-story addition over the operating rooms, and renovating and expanding the existing mechanical penthouse above the surgical center. Critical mechanical systems were upgraded, including a new air handling unit (AHU).
