TESTIMONIALS

What Our Clients Are Saying

“I worked with L2 on numerous projects over the years, but one stands out. In 2019, L2 successfully and safely completed the Building A Core & Shell and the 25-bed Inpatient Acute Rehab fit-out project at the Inova Center for Personalized Health (ICPH) campus.

This Inpatient Rehab project was crucial for getting our flagship Inova Schar Cancer Institute operational; turning almost 50,000 SF of office space into I2 hospital space was no small feat… this project was highly fast-paced and completed in nineteen (19) months.

As a team, we effectively budgeted, received full funding approval, designed, permitted, constructed, fit out, and passed stringent final inspections for over 234,914 SF of space. This project was the epitome of teamwork, as the design consultants creatively worked with L2 and their trade partners to complete it. Although the project was stressful at times, the teamwork and the positive attitude on the job site made it successful and even fun!”

Tessa Teodoro

Director, Design & Construction, Inova Center for Personalized Health (ICPH)

“We contracted L2 to execute the vision we had for a new innovation plan for the delivery of care in our NICU. L2 ran an efficient timeline that met the constraints of the still fully functioning hospital. The most impressive aspect of their work was the ability to finish well with attention to detail. We look forward to a continued partnership.”

Caleb Higginbotham

Vice President of Operations, Reston Hospital Center

“L2 can be relied on based on their specific healthcare expertise to deliver quality work in difficult project environments in a timely but patient-conscious manner. I’m often impressed by how they can conform to system standards while meeting the unique needs of each specific facility and user group. For these reasons and many more, our team’s project managers seek after L2. We look forward to our continued relationship and view L2 as a critical partner in delivering outstanding projects.”

John Eaton

Director, INOVA Design & Construction

“Orsak Architects, Inc. collaborated with L2 Construction for over 15 years on over 25 successful healthcare projects. It’s a pleasure to work with a company like L2 that you can trust to deliver a high-quality project with solid collaboration, be on budget, and make or beat the anticipated schedule.

The work process is the same regardless of which L2 project manager is on a project. Because of this systematic approach, the design team knows what to expect, and we know what is expected of us; this allows our combined team to generate consistent, optimum results for each client.

Additionally, L2 is adept at problem-solving during construction. For every problem on site, project managers and site superintendents provide optional solutions to address any issue. I look forward to collaborating on many more successful projects with L2.”
