Scope of Work:

Renovate existing business occupancy office spaces on eight floors, prepare two acute rehabs for I-2 institutional use for a twenty-five-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit, and provide core and shell on six floors for future tenant use. In addition, extensive upgrades to the building’s mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were required.
